I attended Monday morning for a emergency oppointment. After reviewing my updated medications and any change in my medical condition. After a inspection followed by an xray. The treatment sinario was explained with pros and cons. After answering my questions. I felt at ease to proceed with a route canal and filling. The dentist explained the type of pain relief open to me any problems phone up or consult my doctor for alternative pain relief. My follow up oppointment is Tuesday. The protocall of of covid was adhered to. I felt at ease with the professional and friendly manner I was treat with. I found i had to share my good experience with dental patients who are a bit nervous of the dentistRichard Randlesome

“Very professional in the way the procedure is carried out. Anne explains everything fully before, during and after the treatment. Very happy with the results.”EB, Feb 2017
“Before my appointment I received precise instructions preparing me for the visit. Required paperwork could also be completed and returned prior to the visit to reduce contact. This gave me confidence that the Spires Oral Care were taking necessary precautions to ensure patient safety. Upon arrival previously advised protocols were strictly adhered to and staff were visibly well protected by PPE. As I entered the surgery through a separate entrance wearing the supplied face visor I once again felt reassured that my safety was paramount. My appointment was concluded efficiently and safely and while you never truly relax during a dental appointment I certainly felt peace of mind. As a person with vulnerable family members any public contact makes me wary however I will have no hesitation to return to Spires as they have been meticulous ensuring that visits minimise risk for both patients and staff. Thank you to all at Spires Oral Care for doing such a magnificent job in such difficult circumstances.”SmcE Sept 20
